The deck doesn't need Destiny Draw. You never want to discard Plasma since it is quite simply the reason you play the deck.

The deck's title is stupid, there is nothing to be circled, no Avarices, no Monarchs, no Disk Commander, no triple Malicious etc etc

It only want to do one thing, drop Plasma into play at consistent basis. 2 Monks, RotA, Stratos and 2 Plasma - 6 out of 37.

Phantom Skyblaster is very important. Against inexperienced player, it is an Effect Veiler bait. If it isn't Veiler'd you will have two Tokens to work with. When you go into Lavalval Chain, the opponent with little experience of the deck might Veiler'd it. Perfect timing for Plasma drop.

The more experienced players will save their Veiler for Plasma. Lavalval Chain will have a chance to resolve, so make the most of it.

Upstart Goblin is incredibly good if you can drop Lavalval Chain consistently, which is what this deck do. You can tutor just about any monsters, which explains why I play Dark Armed Dragon.

Enemy Controller is unbelievably good against Veiler and especially, Dracossack. Who knows people might just tech Plasma into E-Drags for mirror :p

Dracossack can still tribute itself to destroy Plasma; Safe Zone and Breakthrough Skill are your line of defense for Plasma

Creeping Darkness is the best card in the deck.
