Let's get this out of mind, shall we...
For Sorciere to be summoned, Necro Fleur need to be destroyed by card effects. This is quite hard to achieve but not mightily impossibru. Past deck has variant from Quickdraw to Scrap. I want to think of new way to use Necro. First off, there is Fragrance Storm, a potential Pot of Greed in a dedicated plant build. I dont think this is a good idea though as it restricts the deckbuilding process. Next, we have Limit Reverse. I can activate it during opp's ep and simply switch Necro to defense mode during my turn to trigger Necro. Lavalval Chain can help to dump Necro to Graveyard. Next, I can also use Shield Crush. For more fun, I can use King Tiger Wanghu and tweak the deck into antimeta-based. Wanghu will trigger Necro when I summon it and bam(!) Sorciere comes. Wanghu is good against Rabbit, TGU, Plant, Damsel but fall short versus Dark World, Centipede, Kabazauls-etc. and probably Agent matchup too. Tengu is its worst enemy.
There is a problem of Sorciere becomes a dead card when drawn. Necro only summon it from deck so I need to be able to make use of Sorcie when drawn. How to use it? Magical Explosion?
One of the advantage of Necro is, against Inzektor, your opponent can destroy it, you summon Sorcy and grab their Hornet. Fun, fun. Against Rabbit, if they do not read Necro properly, Laggia might negate its summon, triggering its effect.
So far as for decklist, we have this,
2 Sorciere de Fleur
2 Necro Fleur
2 Shield Crush
2-3 Limit Reverse
1 Coth
These are format staples : 1-2 Veiler, H-Storm, D-Hole, Reborn, probably a MST, Dustshoot, and prolly Solemns and Torren too.
Btw, Necro is Lv1. Potential use in Piper deck.

If we want to go with the plant route, (or perhaps a necessity) ,
1 Glow-Up Bulb
1 Dandylion
1 Spore
1 Lonefire Blossom
1 Foolish Burial
1 One for One
