Since the banlist in Sept., Synchro Cat has been considered dead by many. No longer can the deck OTK consistently due to Dark Strike Fighter being banned. Mind Control, Cold Wave, Monk and Cat itself is now limited, further reducing the explosiveness of the deck.

So, the deck need to adapt. Here, 2 Mark of the Rose replace the Limited Mind Control. Cold Wave is optional since the deck isnt made for OTK, thus it doesnt make the cut. At first glance, Allure of Darkness doesn't fit with the deck theme because we want the card such Airbellum to be in deck, not hand. Actually, we can just save and use him till after doing the cat shenanigan so that you won't draw all those Airbellum. This will further establish field position -for deck hat use Oppression- provided that we draw Oppression from Allure. Odds are good that you have a high chance to draw into power card -such Oppression- cos the deck is thinner after Cat'd.

Heavy Spell lineup is self-explanatory when running Monk. Debris has a lot of target here and those are searchable by Tomato which can fed Monk/Sangan. Note that the Limitation of Black Rose doesnt really affect the deck much. We can just Avarice'd it back into the deck and re-use it, which is a great asset as no other deck can do the same.
